Heaven Boutique is Winnipeg's adult wellness shop — online store plus a small boutique at 309 McDermot Ave (Exchange District). We're hiring a Boutique & Social Media Associate to run our Instagram & TikTok, look after boutique customers and take orders. The boutique is quiet for most of the shift, so most of your time goes into creating content.

What you'll do

• Social media — Instagram & TikTok, every day: 1 post, 1 story, 50 follows, 50 likes; reply to comments and DMs
• Shoot short photos and videos of products for posts (your face on camera is optional)
• Phone: answer calls and call back every missed call the same day
• Email: reply to customer emails
• Take orders by phone, DM and email and enter them into our system
• Handle custom / special orders: find the product, confirm price and timing with the customer, follow up until it's delivered
• Email our suppliers: check availability, place and follow up on orders, sort out missing or damaged items
• Help customers choose the right product — online and in the boutique
• Ring up boutique sales on our Square terminal
• Receive stock deliveries: count items, take photos, report anything missing
• Keep the boutique tidy — shelves, price tags, packaging
• Ask happy customers for a Google review
• Clock in and out on the shop tablet

What we're looking for

• 18 or older and legally entitled to work in Canada
• Comfortable with adult products and talking about them openly, kindly and without judgement
• Active on Instagram / TikTok and good with a phone camera
• Clear, friendly English on the phone and in writing (other languages are a plus)
• Reliable and discreet — our customers' privacy comes first
• Willing to provide a police record check

Schedule & pay

• Part-time: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:30am–2:30pm (9 hours a week) at 309 McDermot Ave
• Hourly pay — tell us your desired rate below
• Paid trial shift so we can see you in action
